Our seat valves offer a modular control head that is suitable for bus systems or stainless steel tops. There is a minimal number of different seals per valve size. These valves are water hammer proof, have modular assembly of the valve housings, dead space free housing without sump or dome.

GUTH SA offers two types of modulating valves:

> the VSR with membrance actuator
> the VSR with piston actuator

The VSR modulation valve with membrane actuator offers eight different steel memberane actuators, in an elector-polished turnable version, all of which optimallly match the valve to the process and price.

A robust, stainless steel lantern construction connects the valve with its actuator and allows the NAMUR valve positioner to be attached.

Depending on the operation in question, the electronic governor head of the VSR modulation valve with piston actuator can be configured as a positioning or process controller by using a DIP switch. Because of the integrated position sensor, the position of the valve can, at all times, be reported back and optically displayed.

The hygienic double-seal valve is the result of a constant development of our line of reliable valves. Our modern, double seal valve is, of course, water hammer proof and meets all requirements for a safe separation of non-compatible fluids in an hygienic process.

The new, double seal valve type VS, is designed to be incorporated in pipe sytems, safely separating two different liquid flows, i.e. product and detergent, conforming to highest technical and hygienic standards. They serve to divert various liquid flows and to separate product from CIP liquids. A spherical housing provides optimal flow and cleaning features.

Our Aseptic program allows you to obtain a complete program from one supplier. We offer:

Connections used are Orbital welding fittings, notably our DIN 11864. Due to the metal stop, there is no longer the need for tighteing after temperature fluctuations. The exactly calculated pretension of the sal protects it from mechanical overload and thereby raises its work-life expectancy.
